Your order is only considered accepted (and a contract formed between us) when we dispatch the goods to you. We will not be held wholly or partly responsible for any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, which cause the delay or failure to deliver the merchandise or services, or to comply with any other obligation. We charge CHF 9.50 for the packing and standard delivery of our merchandise in Switzerland. This charge remains the same whatever the size of your order. When merchandise is in stock we deliverwithin 3-5 working days of approving your a likely delivery date. We reserve the right to accept in part or full, or decline any order or request for credit.


You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return any item. Items must be returned in original condition. Once we receive items, werefund the cost of those items using the method you used to pay. Provided item is returned to us in *AS-NEW* condition and in its UNDAMAGED orginal box. The delivery charge you paid will not be refunded.NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED BEYOND THIS PERIOD OF 14 DAYS!


You have the right to cancel a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The Canellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.


If you cancel a contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, inclouding the cost of delivery. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loos is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any good supplied, or if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on wich we are informed about your decision tocancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursmenusing the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, in any event, you will not incur any fees as result of the reimbursement.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handeling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


At a&b LIVING CULTURE we care deeply about privacy. All costumers data are trated absolutely confidentially. We save and use your personal data exclusively for processing your order.


The order becomes binding as soon as the customers has sent it.

The delivery shall be at the expense and risk of the customer.

The goods remain the property of a&b LIVING CULTURE until payment is made full.

We assume no liability whatsoever for any kind of damage!

Present general terms and conditions (GTC) are subject to swiss law.

The courts at the registered office of a&b LIVING CULTURE in Locarno have sole jurisdiction over any disputes arsing.
